2. Data We Collect

Contact details: full name, email address, phone number.
Property preferences: district, type, price range, bedrooms, purpose (buy/rent).
Property and request details recorded in our system in the course of working together.
Email technical data: whether and when an email we sent you was opened (tracking pixel), and IP address at subscription or unsubscription.

3. Purposes of Processing

Sending property alerts and informational emails, where you have consented or where we have a legitimate interest (existing clients).
Managing listings, buy/rent requests, and communication with property owners.
Keeping transaction records and complying with legal obligations.

4. Data Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. If you unsubscribe from our emails, your details remain in our system for legitimate purposes (e.g. contracts), but marketing emails stop.

5. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. For any request, contact enquiry@21finder.com.
