Obtaining a Cyprus Tax ID

Procedure for sellers to obtain a Tax Identification Number (Tax ID) if they do not already have one in Cyprus. A Tax ID is required before a property sale can proceed.

The Procedure

1. Go to the Tax For All website: https://taxforall.mof.gov.cy/
2. Create an account — you will need to provide your personal details, email address, and so on.
3. You then receive an email. Open it and set your password.
4. Log in again and register for a Tax ID.
5. Within a few days you will receive a reply containing your Tax ID.
6. Send this Tax ID to our office so we can proceed with the sale (see below).
